The park commemorates the men and women pioneers who settled in Patchewollock and District since 1914. The park contains an Honour Roll of the settlers of the district between 1915 and 1940 and a plaque. 

Note: The Park also commemorates Australia Remembers, the 50th anniversary of the end of World War II.
