This plaque commemorates the 100th anniversary of the turning on of the tap supplying water to Gawler at 3.00pm on 31st December 1901.
The Cement & Concrete Association of Australia proudly supports the celebration of the Centenary of Federation and the commemoration of the Barossa Reservoir construction of the wall commenced in March 1899. It remains one of South Australia`a most imortant concrete structures,
