and five other areas adjoining Lake Macquarie
        as the core of the 
Lake Macquarie State Recreation Area

The Hon Pam Allen MP   Jeff Hunter MP
Minister for the                            Member for
Environment                               Lake Macquarie

In establishing the park the New South Wales Government has recognised the community`s wish to secure the future of the remaining natural lands around the forshores of this magnificent lake. 

The dedication of this reserve will ensure that these areas will always be conserved for the people of this state to enjoy
