The stained glass window commemorates the foundation of the Coast Hospital School for Nurses in 1894.

It also commemorates Australian Nurses who served in World War One and World War Two.

This memorial window commemorates the foundation of the Coast Hospital Training School for Nurses in 1894. It honours Australian Nurses who have served humanity and this country in World War I & II.

The Nurses War Memorial Coast Chapel, Prince Henry Hospital, Little Bay 

This window features trained or registered nurses who served in World War I & II, the Navy and Air Force Nursing Corps were formed in World War II. Clockwise from left the Service Emblems are Air Force, Army, Navy, the Red Cross with Medical Emblem represents Red Cross Hospitals which complemented the Service Hospitals in both wars. The Coast Hospital Nurses` Badge and the Prince Henry Hospital Nurses` Badge commemorate the Centenary of the Training School for Nurses 1894 - 1994. Nurse Volunteers from this School were represenred in all Services.
