The stone commemorates the commencement of the building of the tower and the cloisters of St David`s Cathedral.
The commemoration stone of St. David's tower and cloisters will be laid this afternoon at 3 o'clock by Mrs. Snowdon Hay. His Excellency the Governor (Sir James O'Grady) will preside at the gathering.
