The plaque commemorates the partners of service personnel for their support to past and present Australian Defence Force members. Their motto is "For Those Who Stand Beside Them. "
Partners of Veterans Association (P.V.A.) is a not-for-profit member-based organisation with branches encompassing all states and territories of Australia. The Association is a Nationwide support network for all partners of past and present members of the Australian Defence Forces (ADF) offering support, friendship, information and understanding.
