The plaques, erected by Ilfracombe Q.C.W.A., acknowledge the generosity of Bill Forrest who donated the land on which their clubrooms are built and the generosity of Jupiters Casino for the installation of disability amenities. The Jupiters Casino plaque was unveiled in June 2009.
Note: The Ilfracombe CWA is no longer operating and the building is now being used by a football club.
