Centenary of Costerfield Primary SchoolPrint Page
The plaque commemorates the centenary of the Costerfield Primary School.
The Board of Advice for the Eastern Riding School District met on Thursday last at Costerfield, and proceeded to visit the site selected by the department for a new school. This site was very generally objected to, and a fresh one selected for the consideration of the Education Department. The new site is nearer Lower Costerfield than the former one, and has also the advantage of being situated in the township of Costerfield, to which it will prove an ornament.
