Wycarbah, Bushley & Kalapa Honour RollPrint Page
The wooden honour roll commemorates those from the Wycarbah, Bushley and Kalapa who served in World War Two.
At a meeting of the Hall Committee in November 1947, it was decided to have a roll of honour plaque placed in the hall to commemorate those who enlisted from the district for World War Two. As the Patriotic Committee was composed of representatives from Kalapa, Bushley and Wycarbah it was further decided to consider whether one roll of honour containing all names should be in one hall or whether each town should have its individual roll of honour. Delegates were appointed from each centre to decide on the issue at a meeting to be convened at a later date.
