Source: SKP,QWMR, MAErected in memory of the Royal Australian Naval Gunners and Communicators who served in defensively equipped merchant ships during World War II and the gun crews who served in Malta and Murmansk Convoys, the Atlantic, Indian and Pacific Oceans : and the landings of North Africa and Normandy, and those members who paid the supreme sacrifice.
