The wooden plaque commemorates those from the Bath Street Methodist Church who served in World War Two.
The church was formerly the Bath Street Methodist Church which became the Uniting Church before being closed. The plaque was moved to the Uniting Church in Moseley Street and was finally placed in the care of the Kapara Nursing Home.
