Australia Remembers 1945 - 1995Print Page
The monument commemorates the 50th anniversary of the end of World War Two and those who served in the conflict. It consists of three cement-rendered walls and three plinths.
Attached to the walls are Australia Remembers plaques and on each of the plinths are insignias of the Australian Defence Forces.
"Australia Remembers, 1945 - 1995" was a program of activities organised by the Federal Government to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the end of World War Two.
