May 29th
3:00am - Japanese subs arrive outside of Sydney Heads.
May 30th
4:00am - Japanese sent float plane over Sydney Harbour.
6:30am - Due to fog float plane capsized.
May 31st
5:25pm - 3 midget submarines are launched.
9.48pm - 1st midget submarine caught in boom net.
10:35pm - 2nd midget submarine enters the harbour undetected following a ferry
10:52 pm - 1st submarine self destructs
11:03pm - USS Chicago spots 2nd submarine
11:14pm - 3rd submarine attacked by HMAS Yandra but didn't sink.
June 1st
12:25am - Blackout. Garden Island flood lights turned off.
12:35am - 2nd sub fires on USS Chicago but misses target by 4 metres and hit the "Kuttabul"
1:30am - 2nd midget got out of the harbour but ran out of fuel just outside Sydney head and sunk. It was found in 2006.
2:56am - USS Chicago sights the 3rd sub.
3:50am - "Kanibla" shoots the 3rd sub down and is blown to the surface.
5:00 am - 3rd sub is blown to the surface.
