Australia Remembers 1945-1995Print Page 
The memorial commemorates the 50th anniversary of the end of World War Two and those who served in World War Two.
The memorial consists of an "Australia Remembers " plaque mounted on a large boulder placed between two flagpoles. A Wall of Remembrance which is listed as a separate entry is behind the memorial.
"Australia Remembers, 1945 - 1995" was a program of activities organised by the Federal Government to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the end of World War Two.
