The honour roll commemorates those from the Shire who died in service or were killed in action during World War Two.
HORSHAM, Tuesday. — A memorial to servicemen from Wimmera shire who died in the second world war will be unveiled at the next meeting of the shire council on Friday by the president of the local sub-branch of the R.S.L. (Mr. Ivan Anderson). The memorial will be placed on the north wall of the council chamber. The first world war memorial is a window in the eastern wall.
