The wooden plaque commemorates former pupils of the Glenferrie Primary School who were killed in action or died in service at Gallipoli during World War One.
The plaque has listed on in James Martin, who was the youngest Australian known to have died in World War One. He was only 14 years and nine months old when he died of typhoid during the Gallipoli campaign.
