Ballan Presbyterian Church Honour RollPrint Page 
The wooden honour roll commemorates those who served in World War One. The roll was unveiled in 1917 and contained 22 names. Additional names were added to the roll at a later date.
A memorial tablet was unveiled at the Presbyterian church, Ballan, on Sunday last. The tablet is of polished blackwood, of ornate design, and contains the following names :— G. G. Robertson, R. Laidlaw, J. K. Alford, A. W. Anderson, D. W.McKenzie, S. Grieves, J. Grieves, E. R. Welch, E. G. Lay, P. Lay, A. Gibson, A. Ward, R. C. Woods, D. D. MacPherson, J. Kyle, R. E. Shankland, D. R. Fraser, R. Watts, A. Denholm, H. R. Chambers, A. McKenzie, K. Macpherson.
