The honour roll commemorates those from the Shire of Eidsvold who served in World War One.
The ceremony of unveiling the Honor board erected by the Council of the Shire of Eidsvold in the Shire Hall at Eidsvold in recognition of the patriotism of the men who enlisted from that area was carried out on that date appointed. Thc Shire Hall was crowded. The Chairman of the Eidsvold Shire Council (Councillor McCord) said : — Tonight has been chosen as a suitable occasion for publicly unveiling the Honor Board erected by the people within the Shire of Eidsvold to the memory of our gallant men who have enlisted from our area andd gone to fight for King and Country, and to up hold the honour of Australia.
