Albert Street Methodist Church Honour RollPrint Page
The marble honour roll commemorates the men and women from the congregation who served in World War One.
The beautiful marble memorial of the men and women of the Albert-street Methodist Church who served in the Great War was unveiled at yesterday's morning service. The memorial is an imposing piece of work, situated prominently in the vestibule of the church, and bears the names of 224 men and nurses. Of that number 65 are engraved upon a black tablet in the centre of the memorial, representing those of the congregation who made the supreme sacrifice.
