The wooden honour roll commemorates those who served in World War One.

The unveiling ceremony of the honor roll board took place at South Riana on Friday night. There was a large attendence to witness the unveiling, which was carried out by Mrs Adam Robson, of South Riana. After the ceremony was performed a concert took place. Mr. F. J. Masters occupied the chair, and a good programme was submitted to an appreciative audience, who applauded every item rendered. Musical and vocal items and recitation and patriotic speeches were the chief items rendered.

Patriotic addresses by the Rev. Wm. Abbott and Mr Frank Fielding from Penguin were greatly appreciated, and loudly applauded. A good sum was realised, which will be devoted for patriotic purposes. The meeting closed by the singng of the National Anthem.
