Lower Sandy Bay Honour RollPrint Page
The honour roll commemorates those who served in World War One. It lists 37 names.
A roll of honour is to be unveiled by the Mayor of Hobart on Sunday, May 1 (Mothers' Day) at 3.30 p.m., in memory of the sisters and soldiers who went on active service in the Great War from Lower Sandy Bay. As there is no public hall in the district the honour board is being placed temporarily in St. Stephen's schoolroom. Parents and relatives are invited to be present at the ceremony.
The Mercury (Hobart), 23rd April 1921.
