The wooden honour roll commemorates those from the district who served in World War One.  It list 20 names.

On Sunday a combined service was held in St. Alban's Church for intercession on behalf of our soldiers, unveiling the roll of honour, and also in memory of Gunner Matthew Venn. The church was draped in black, with crosses of white flowers and flags. Rev. G.E. Moore preached an appropriato sermon to a good congregation. Special hymns were sung by the choir. During the service Miss Hurst feelingly sang "He Wipes a Tear from Every Eye."
Examiner (Launceston), 16th January 1918.
