Bracknell Honour RollPrint Page
The honour roll commemorates those who served in World War One. It lists 26 names.
Empire Day was celebrated at the Bracknell state school in the usual patriotic manner. A number of parents assembled to take part in the proceedings. A short programme was rendered by the scholars, and addresses were delivered by the Rev. L. I. Perkins and the head teacher, Mr. E. P. Ede. In the evening the unveiling of a public honour roll took place at the Town Hall.
