The honour roll commemorates those from the Bath Street Methodist congregation who served in World War One.
The church was formerly the Bath Street Methodist Church which became the Uniting Church before being closed. The honour board was moved to the Uniting Church in Moseley Street and was finally placed in the care of the Kapara Nursing Home.
