Memorial Avenue Print Page 

The Memorial Avenue was planted in 1922, the same year as the unveiling of the War Memorial, and commemorates those who served in World War One.
The avenue comprised Canadian Elms which stretched along Amos Street from the War Memorial to Lake Wallace.
