The honour roll commemorates those connected with the church who served in World War One. Additional names were added to the roll at a later date.

A military church parade was held at the Methodist Mission Hall, Leichhardt, yesterday morning, when a roll of honour, on which was inscribed the names of 32 parishioners of the Church, was unveiled in the presence of a large congregation. Members of the Leichhardt Rifle Club, under Major Moore, the 31B and 32A Battalions of the Senior Cadets, and the Army Medical Corps, attended the service.
