St Aidan`s Anglican Church Honour RollPrint Page
The honour roll commemorates those from the church who served in World War One. It is a framed roll with hand painted flags above the names which are all handwritten.
An impressive service took place at St. Andrew's (sic) Parish Church, Eureka, on Thursday last, when the Rev Canon Seymour unveiled an honour roll to the men the parish who served in the great war. The honour roll was hand-painted by the vicar and framed by the members of St Andrew's (sic) Women's Guild. There was a large congregation present, Bangalow, Binna Burra, Nashua, Federal, Rosebank, and Eureka being represented. The flags were lent by Mr. Loch, schoolmaster, of Federal.
Northern Star (Lismore, NSW), 17 April 1928.
Note: The church was sold on the 24th June 2021.
