Place of Reflection Print Page
The Place of Reflection lists the names of those from Leongatha and District (the West Riding of the then Woorayl Shire) who enlisted for World War One and was dedicated on the 31st January 2016. There are 371 men and one woman listed. The Place of Reflection is located just inside the Pioneer Gates entrance to the Recreation Reserve.
It is a gazebo like structure with seating and information boards containing plaques listing the names of those who served in World War One and information on the Avenue of Honour.
