The honour roll commemorates those from Kongwak who served in World War One.

Last Friday evening an entertainment was be held in the local Hall to provide comforts for our troops. Advantage was taken of the occasion to unveil an Honor Roll, donated by Miss Scott. The roll contains the names of over twenty local volunteers, two of whom (Albert Farrar and William Veney) have been killed in action.
