The wooden honour roll commemorates members of Acorn Lodge No. 463 who served in World War One.
The members of Acorn Lodge, 463, held a social evening recently at the Rechabite Hall, Cottesloe Beach, the occasion being the unveiling of an honour board. The board, which contained the names of 22 brothers who have enlisted, and also the name of the lodge surgeon, Dr. Blackall, is made of polished jarrah, with brass name plates, and was designed and constructed by three members of the lodge, Bros. Slater, Brigdal, and Dimmock. The unveiling was carried out by the Grand Vice-President, Bro. J. Blinco, who was supported by Bro. S. Sharples. The Grand Vice-President also presented to Bro. W. Black a Past District Dep. President's badge from the Acorn Lodge.
