The wooden honour roll commemorates former students of the school who served in World War One.
The Premier (Mr. Lawson) unveiled the honour board in the Chewton State School on Sunday afternoon. Among those present were many old boys who had come to the district to attend the annual reunion. The board contains the names of 104 Chewton residents who enlisted for service, and 21 fell in action.
