The honour roll commemorates members of the Petersham Railway staff who served in World War One.
At the Petersham railway station on Sunday Mrs. W. E. Gould (wife of the stationmaster) unveiled a roll of honour, inscribed with 13 names of members of the local railway staff. Five of these had been wounded, one-Sergeant J. Leddy-on four occasions. Four of them had received promotion on the battlefield.
