Two seats commemorate the men and women of the Merchant Navy who came from South Australia and operated the W Class vessels, the Wandilla, Warilda and Willochra during World War One.
The plaques are the same for both seats.

In Remembrance
In honour of the men and women of the Australian Merchant Navy, who sailed from South Australia operating the W Class vessels - the Wandilla, Warilda and Willochra - as troopships, supply, transport and hospital ships.
To the dedicated members of the Australian Merchant Navy - seafarers, doctors, nurses and medical staff - who supported our ANZAC troops through the Gallipoli campaign by ensuring supplies and evacuation to Egypt for wounded comrades.
