The stained glass window installed in St Mark's Chapel, HMAS Cerberus is a dedication to the people who have served in the Naval Health Services over the past 100 years.
The window was designed, crafted and donated by Commodore Dacre Smyth, a former Commanding Officer of Cerberus now retired.

This window is dedicated to the Glory of God and to commemorate the Men and Women of the Royal Australian Navy Health Service who served from 1901 to the present. It was presented to the Chapel of St. Mark by Cdre Dacre Smyth RAN (Ret'd). on 1st December 2002.
