The dark wooden roll of honour commemorates those connected with the church who served in World Wars One and Two.  The roll was originally unveiled at the Congregational Church, Lindisfarne in 1920 with additional names of those who served in World War Two being added at a later date. 

The unveiling of the honour roll at the Lindisfarne Congregational Church took place on Sunday evening.  Colonel - Chaplain Perkins performed the ceremony before a well-filled church.

The names on the roll are those  who had been directly or indirectly directly connected with the church and are as follows -C A Bennetto, O.E.Bennetto, H.J.Bennetts, A.F. Bennetto, A.A. Butler, B. Conlan, H.I. Cranston, A.Cranston, H.J.Denholm, H.C.Eastman, H.W.Fagg, R.T. Fagg, H.A.M. Hull, W.D. Hull, C.J.Stewart, R.Stewart, A.F. Walker, A.C. Walker, A.E.Walker, A.Oldham.  The honour roll was designed and made by Mr F. Bartlett the lettering being done by Mr G. Hughes and is a fine piece of work.
