The garden is dedicated to the people of the Campbelltown area, and those who died in service or were killed in action in the various conflicts and peace keeping operations in which Australia has been involved.
The garden is planted around in the shape of a Cross of Sacrifice in front of several walls containing the Armed Forces Insignias, The Ode and Dedication plaques.

This memorial garden is a tribute to the service and sacrifices of Australians and their allies who served Australia at war and peace, especially those who were residents of the City of Campbelltown.
The site has been chosen for its peaceful ambience and the opportunity it provides for contemplation and quiet reflection by those who wish to remember those who have made the great sacrifice through the following conflicts.
