The honour roll commemorates those from the school who served in World War One.

The breaking-up celebrations of the Wilsonton State School, North-west Toowoomba, took place on the 16th December 1921.  At the request of the school committee, Brigadier-General J.C. Robertson, D.S.O., C.M.G., unveiled the school honour board, which has been erected in the school. There are on the board 91 names of old boys who have served in the recent war, 16 of the volunteers being killed. After General Robertson had unveiled the board, Trumpeter Emmerson sounded the "Last Post."
