The stone commemorates those who have served in Korea, Malaya ,Borneo and Vietnam. Unveiled in 1984, the site once contained more stones and plaques, commemorating Australian involvement in post-World War Two conflicts in Asia.
Note: These plaques have since been moved to the garden beds either side of the Maryborough Soldiers Memorial Gates and are listed as separate entries.
