The building commemorates those who have served in the various conflicts in which Australia has been involved.
Campania's war memorial was estimated to cost £1,300 and would take the form of a community room, the secretary of the war memorial committee (Mr. H. L. Gregg) said yesterday. Mr. Gregg said the plan was that the memorial should be attached to the proposed medical centre.
