Front Inscription

This Bhutan Cypress tree is dedeicated to HMAS Culgoa

Bay Class Frigate commissioned 1st April 1947 and those who served in her from 1947.

In B.C.O.F. JAPAN.
Monte Bello Atomic Bomb Test 1952 and through her actions in Korea in 1953.

She paid off in 1954 and went to HMAS Waterhen as an accomodation ship until 1972.
