This plaque was presented to the Dee Why R.S.L. Sub-branch by the Dee Why R.S.L. Club Ltd, to celebrate their 70 years of continual ANZAC Services at this Shrine of Remembrance in memory of those local Service Men and Women who answered the call to arms in all wars for the defence of our Nation and left our shores with many never returning, to protect our democratic way of life and preserve peace and freedom to the nations of the World.
