The plaque commemorates those who served in the various conflicts in which Australia has been involved.
The plaque was presented by the Kyabram RSL in 1995 as an Australia Remembers project to the students of Kyabram Secondary College. This school has since been incorporated into the Kyabram P-12 College.
"Australia Remembers, 1945 - 1995" was a program of activities organised by the Federal Government to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the end of World War Two.
