The mural commemorates those who have served in the various conflicts in which Australia has been involved.
The design includes people and events from the various theatres of conflict in which Australians, and in particular local service personnel, have been involved. It was supported by a ‘Saluting Their Service’ Grant through the Department of Veteran’s Affairs.
