The wooden roll of honour commemorates those who served in World War One, World War Two, and the Korean War. It lists 44 names.
NABOWLA. At the 27th anniversary ball at the Soldiers' Memorial Hall the main feature was the unveiling of a roll of honour giving the names of men who enlisted in both world wars and the Korean war by the Warden (Cr. Procter. M.L.C.). There was a large attendance including many visitors Music was provided by Boyd's Orchestra with extras by Mrs. T. Timperon. Miss Gwen Power of Scottsdale was belle of the ball and Mrs. C. Allenby won a door prize.
The chocolate waltz was won by Mrs. D. Watts, a pair of fowls by Mr. K Moore and the Monte Carlo by Mr. D. Willis and Miss Shirley Rodman. Mr. R. Partridge was secretary. Mr. Procter expressed the opinion that the hall was the best in the municipality.
