A tablet erected by the church in memory of Robert Charles Harris who was warden of St Matthew's Church. The tablet also is in memory of his son, Robert J Harris who died in World War One. 

Robert Harris was a journalist and editor of the local newspaper and held in high esteem by all who knew him. He was actively involved in the church and the community.
