A three paned stained glass window, with the centre pane showing St George, the patron saint of England, with a slain dragon at his feet, commemorates William Henry Judkins (1869-1912), a fiery and popular activist against such social ills such as gambling.

St George of England

To the glory of God and in memory of William Henry Judkins born 26th Feb., 1869.  Died 3rd Sept, 1912.  "I have fought a good fight"

Social Reform Leader.  A St George of the newer chivalry.  His work centred here.

Erected by his widow and daughter, and by the Central Mission
