A series of double stained glass windows commemorate the pioneers of the church and district.

The foundation stone for the new memorial church was laid on 24 March 1926 by Mrs C J Poole, with the completed building opened in a special ceremony on 12 September 1926. At the ceremony in 1926, Padre Gault unveiled a Swedish pearl granite honour roll tablet in memory of Private Poole and Lance-Corporal Robinson and dedicated six memorial windows in memory of local pioneers.
