Guyra District Honour RollPrint Page Print this page

A wooden honour roll commemorates those who died in service or were killed in action during World War Two.

Guyra Memorial Institute Committee will take steps at an early date to have the honour roll, bearing the names of district service personnel who paid the supreme sacrifice, erected in the vestibule of the institute. This decision was made at the annual general meeting of members held last Friday night when the secretary (Mr. L. P. Archibald) reported that an apparently complete list of names had been supplied by Miss Norma Jackson, treasurer of the Guyra branch, Women's Voluntary Services.
