The Fitzroy North State School Honour Roll contains the names of 319 soldiers who were former pupils of the school. 32 of the soldiers made the supreme sacrifice and the roll also contains one Victoria Cross recipient, Clifford Sadler. The roll was unveiled by Lord Somers on the 30th September 1927. The Argus, 1st October 1927.
