The Honour Roll contains the names of 62 members of the church who served in World War One. The roll was unveiled in 1919 by Mrs Kilpatrick who lost a son in the war.
The ceremony of unveiling the Honor Roll and Memorial Tablet of the Walcha Presbyterian Charge will take place in Walcha Church, on Sunday morning. The Honor Roll, of polished maple, containing the names of 61 soldiers and one nurse, will be unveiled by Mrs. Kilpatrick, wife of one of the elders, whose son Lieut. Albert, was killed in 1917. The tablet is of marble, and is in memory of the 12 soldiers of the Church who fell in action. Mrs. Kitcher, three of whose sons were killed, will perform the ceremony of unveiling.
